I became passionate about group fitness and personal training after my own personal health journey where I lost 100 pounds. I had no one to help me, and I really wanted to show others that they don’t have to be alone in their health journeys. My goal is to be able to help every BODY become the best versions of themselves. That looks different for everyone, and I enjoy creating individualized programs for each client. Being able to help people gain and maintain their independence is really what I strive for. You can find me all over town, teaching classes at various facilities. I am also a member of the fitness team for Tucson Cancer Conquerors, where I donate my services every month teaching classes to cancer survivors, and those going through treatment.

My expertise is helping clients loose bodyfat, gain strength and build muscle. I prioritize proper form and technique. I will teach you many different exercises and then I will create a plan to help you achieve your goals around the exercises you like the most. More importantly the ones you feel the most. I will teach you how to get " in tune" with your body mentally . I will achieve this by teaching you proper breathing techniques and by putting you in the proper alignment and anatomical position so you can feel your muscles working through the entire range of motion. These breathing techniques will also help get you psyched up mentally so you can get the most out of each session.

Hi! My name is Mike and I am a 35 year old Long Island, NY native who moved to Phoenix, AZ in 2017 to enjoy nice weather year round. I also like to be active year round so this affords me that opportunity as well as the many beautiful landscapes that Arizona offers. I am a former college soccer player who channeled his passion for fitness towards specialties in bodybuilding, corrective exercise and athletic performance. I have over 4 years of one on one as well as group fitness training experience. I love sports but hockey is my go-to for recreation. I am also into playing Pickleball on occasion. Morgan was born in San Diego, California and grew up in Las Vegas. Growing up Morgan loved playing baseball and golf, she continued to play until high school. Then she switched gears and started training to join the Military. Unfortunately, Morgan was medically disqualified from enlisting due to some slight hearing loss she has always had. After that Morgan got her Personal Trainers Certification and has been helping people ever since! Since Morgan received her certification over 7 years ago, she has gone on to get many other certifications. Including but not limited to CrossFit (online) Level-1, Spartan Races Level 1, Youth Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition, and MMA Conditioning. Morgan has spent the past 7 years helping to create and run a health and wellness program at over 15 of the local elementary schools and helping to educate and train families and individuals in health and fitness. My passion for sports started in childhood while playing competitive soccer. In high school I played field hockey and was a two-year varsity captain, MVP, and made the Olympic development team. After high school I coached eight years of field hockey. In college I earned a bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Pre-Physical Therapy.
