    Katrina came to Colorado from the Northern Virginia area. She was stationed in Colorado during her time in the military, fell in love with The Centennial State, and decided to make it her permanent home after separating. Katrina has been a personal trainer and strength coach for 10+ years, earned a Master's in Exercise Science, and has worked with a variety of people of all ages and identities. Over the years, Katrina has chosen to specialize in (1) Youth and Adult Athletes, and (2) Fat-loss over 35+. When she is not helping her clients feel, look and perform at their best, she enjoys practicing martial arts, watching Rugby and Kickboxing matches, Reading in her bed under a big warm blanket, or being a self-proclaimed home chef.
