Hello, my name is Randall Aaron Hall, my nickname is Randy for short. I have started my personal training career back in 2018. I recently have my ACE (American Council of Exercise) certification back in April 2022. I went to Sierra College in Rocklin, CA and took many ACE prep classes to make sure I get the best practice physically and mentally. I am currently working on getting my associates of science degree in chemistry, I am science nerd lol. What inspired the most to get into this industry was from improving upon myself. When I was a minor, I was very overweight and had Stage 1 Hypertension. Once I turned 18 years old I didn't want to live with extra weight anymore and I introduced myself into cardiorespiratory fitness. Three years later, I have lost about over 45 pounds and I was beyond proud of what I accomplished. Now I hope to inspire other down the road of losing weight, getting stronger, increasing agility, etc. It was nice introducing myself you and I a great day.

I've been working in gyms since I was 16 and feel like they are my second home!
