    Hello, my name is Randall Aaron Hall, my nickname is Randy for short. I have started my personal training career back in 2018. I recently have my ACE (American Council of Exercise) certification back in April 2022. I went to Sierra College in Rocklin, CA and took many ACE prep classes to make sure I get the best practice physically and mentally. I am currently working on getting my associates of science degree in chemistry, I am science nerd lol. What inspired the most to get into this industry was from improving upon myself. When I was a minor, I was very overweight and had Stage 1 Hypertension. Once I turned 18 years old I didn't want to live with extra weight anymore and I introduced myself into cardiorespiratory fitness. Three years later, I have lost about over 45 pounds and I was beyond proud of what I accomplished. Now I hope to inspire other down the road of losing weight, getting stronger, increasing agility, etc. It was nice introducing myself you and I a great day.

    A California, Bay Area, born and raised African American woman- Tiana Hester began pursuing her gift of dance at the age of 6 years old. By the age of 8, she started training professionally. Technically training in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary and Hip Hop. Tiana started her teaching career in 2008, right after graduating high school. She was only 18 when she realized she had found her purpose. Tiana has trained with well known Choreographers of the Bay Area, LA and New York. She has danced with well known artists, as a back up dancer and choreographer for Demi Grace, Nikki Vianna, and Tkay Maidza. Featured in music videos, like Zion-I Geek to the Beat, and stage performances such as ‘Laugh at My pain’ with Kevin Hart, and 2011 Super Bowl with Sean Kingston. TiAna has recently starred in MTV’s Jersey Shore; Family Reunion as “Mike the Situations” Wedding Choreographer. She has had the opportunity to work with and choreograph for other artists such as; Jermaine Elliott, Mann, Sevyn Streeter, Justine Skye, and Miss Ko. She has been featured as #4 in Observer of the Top 20 Fitness Instructors of New York, Harper’s Bazaar, Gotham Magazine, ASICS #imoveme, and The New York Times. In 2014 TiAna began teaching fitness in addition to dance and merging the two. Now, a NASM certified Personal Trainer and business owner of Pray Sweat Slay LLC (Est.
