    Hi, my name’s Jon and I became interested in health and fitness after I finished high school. I started off taking various P.E. classes in college to lose some extra weight that I had put on and after seeing the results week after week, really got into weight lifting and strength training from there. After a few years of exercising and learning a lot through P.E. classes and my own experience I decided to get certified and become a personal trainer.
