John (he goes by Jack) is the best personal trainer I have ever had. I have had a lot of experience with personal trainers. I'm 46 years old, and I've had 4 other personal trainers in the past. I'm not a diva, lol, I just need someone who meets certain criteria. over time I've realized how to narrow my search for what's appropriate for my needs. Jack is incredibly polite, friendly and easy to get along with. he asks you what style of training you'd like if you're clueless. even if you're not, like me, he listened to what I wanted, And hecatered my workouts to fit my exact needs and wants. I'm very talkative, so I ask him frequently about his sessions with other clients, and he told me how he can be super disciplined for those who want the extra, hard core push, or super lax for those who want to add some extra movement to their day. He can basically fit any clients demands. I'm the lazier type, but he's super encouraging with me, and I've lost at least 20 pounds in the last few months we have been training together. But you've got to be SUPER disciplined if you can break an all American record for power lifting, and win 3 gold medals at the same meet! and to still remain so humble! I'm lucky to have him. thank goodness he agreed to train me 'til death do us part'. lol. I also love that he tolerates my goofy personality! See you tomorrow Jack!
