I've been a certified trainer for almost 2 decades and always look forward to helping new clients create a fitness plan that suits their lifestyle, goals and overall wellbeing. I was blessed to manage 3 LA Fitness training departments, assisting with trainer development and spending thousands of hours working with clients of all ages and walks of life to reach their fitness goals. I was also a trainer with Spectrum for a period of time before starting my own enterprise to help Corporate America get healthy. I started my own health & fitness business focusing on businesses that wanted to keep their employees healthy and trim. I built employee workout programs, nutrition programs, pain management therapies, massage, stress management and much more. As an athlete my entire life playing virtually every sport there is to play, l've learned being shape takes your game to a different level. Whether your trying to lose weight, build muscle, improve flexibility and balance, together we design a workout program to achieve your goals. Golf has been a passion of mine for the better part of my life. I've held a single digit handicap for several years, caddied at the most prestigious golf courses and worked with professional golfers in my past.
