I am a Certified Private Personal Trainer, Bootcamp/Bodyshred Instructor and Fitness Class Trainer. I train out of my home as well as my clients homes so all training is "private" and "personal" one-on-one training with no distractions!! I give each client my full attention and after a complete Fitness Test and interview, I create a workout routine that is customized to their individual needs and together we create a workout schedule that works best for the both of us. I also test and remeasure the clients on a month to month basis (if they want me to) to see how well they are doing and give them a copy of the results, as well as a take home evaluation form to complete and return regarding how they feel I am doing with their process. This helps both of us in future work together. I love what I do! It is my passion. I love to help people and to help everyone get healthy and in shape and enjoy the process. My goal is to make everyone love exercise as much as I do and to create routines for each person that put a smile on their faces and change their feelings towards exercise :)

Chad then joined the U.S. Army as a motor transportation operator and received an honorable discharge 4 years later. From there he earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise and Sports Science.
