    Michael's training style can be described as fun, informative, and result driven. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, his mother, who was a high school track athlete herself, encouraged Michael to take part in athletics also. He trained in Tae Kwon Do, swimming, and basketball which led him to the world of personal training.
