Michael's training style can be described as fun, informative, and result driven. Growing up in Brooklyn, New York, his mother, who was a high school track athlete herself, encouraged Michael to take part in athletics also. He trained in Tae Kwon Do, swimming, and basketball which led him to the world of personal training. Michael attended Long Island University where he received his Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science and a Master's in Adapted Physical Education. He then went on to become certified by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a personal trainer. Michael is experienced in one-on-one training, class and group exercise, program design, and a background in physical therapy. This includes working with children, young adults, athletes, elderly, and developmentally disabled.
