Hello and welcome! My name’s Davina and I soon hope to be your trainer! My fitness journey started off quite different than most, growing up I wasn’t athletic at all I was the girl who skipped gym class. It’s wasn’t until years after in my 20s that I stepped into the gym with a friend and never looked back. Once I realized that I could change my body through hard work, dedication, consistency and prayer it changed my life and became my lifestyle. I eventually got grandfathered into becoming a group fitness instructor through my gym because of all the compliments I received on my natural physique. I shortly after got my personal trainer certification through ISSA and continue to learn more. My goal is to help everyone become a better version of themselves!

I am 37 yrs old and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 15 yrs! We have two wonderful kids(17 yr old daughter & 15 yr old son). I've been personal training for 10 years now. I have been officially certified for 5 years. My passion for personal training started when I began coaching football & basketball at the youth level. There was a void in my community and I took that chance to start training a small group of youth athletes as well as helping others. I love what I do and wouldn't want to do anything else!
