My name is Amos Kizito and I am a personal trainer. I first gained an interest in fitness when I was 18 years old. This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training and nutrition. This journey began when I initially started coaching friends for fun and developed into my chosen career path in 2021. Hello! My name is Haley and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I currently reside in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I was born and raised in California and also spent some time living in Florida when I was younger. I moved to Minnesota in 2020 with only what I could fit in my Jeep and my dog Mila. I absolutely love living in Minnesota! I have always had a passion for fitness that really took off in high school. I had an amazing Aerobics teacher in high school that showed me so many different ways to exercise and how fun it can be! Since then, it has been a dream of mine to turn my passion for fitness into a lifelong career. The gym is my happy place and my own personal "therapy" when needed. My personal favorite ways to train are HIIT workouts, weight training, and most recently I started getting into Pilates! My goal as a trainer is not only for my clients to meet their goals but to make working out fun for them! It's my goal to help my clients achieve a happier and healthier life overall.

I began teaching and training clients in the Seattle area. I moved to Sacramento, then San Francisco as Fitness Director and Group Exercise Director for large fitness facilities directing personal training and group exercise programs. I started my journey into fitness through the Martial Arts Community back in 2001.
