I started my health journey in the opposite way most do. I was 6'3" 120lbs, basically skin and bones and struggled to put on muscle or weight of any kind. I joined the military at 17 and it was the first time someone took the time to teach me anything about fitness and health in any actual applicable way. Once I learned I could actually gain muscle I delved into learning as much as possible about working out. It wasn't until 14 years later that I got into Personal Training though. I had actually started going to school for Nursing just before COVID and realized that was not my calling for helping people with their health. It was at this point I pivoted to becoming a trainer and using my knowledge of exercise, nutrition, and behavior change to assist people in becoming healthier and more active. I have now been a trainer for about 4 years and have run my own business out of a studio and worked for a nationwide fitness and health company.

Hello! My name is Haley and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I currently reside in Saint Paul, Minnesota. I was born and raised in California and also spent some time living in Florida when I was younger. I moved to Minnesota in 2020 with only what I could fit in my Jeep and my dog Mila. I absolutely love living in Minnesota! I have always had a passion for fitness that really took off in high school. I had an amazing Aerobics teacher in high school that showed me so many different ways to exercise and how fun it can be! I began teaching and training clients in the Seattle area. My name is Amos Kizito and I am a personal trainer. I first gained an interest in fitness when I was 18 years old. This interest quickly developed into a passion and since then I have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training and nutrition.
