I had my own personal trainer from the age of 12. I am very passionate about helping women feel good about themselves at any age. I am certified in back pain prevention and antenatal and postnatal fitness. I have also certified as a glute specialist. Everyone can benefit from having a stronger, better looking backside. As a glute specialist, I have been further educated on the glutes and how imperative their development is in preventing knee and lower back pain.
