Paul Horan has been training clients for over 20 years in fitnss and yoga in corporate and studio settings. A former collegiate All-American baseball player and coach, and athletic performance specialist, Paul was certified by Alan Jaeger to deliver his baseball throwing arm development program, widely used by high school, collegiate, and Major League Baseball teams. He also recently developed a comprehensive yoga program for Amazon.com. Paul previously served as Vice President of Learning and Development at Lehman Brothers, as a consultant to Sun Microsystems and the Wall Street Journal, and as a varsity baseball coach at the Lawrenceville School. Paul received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Amherst College.

Isiah was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He was involved in soccer, basketball and baseball. Before getting into personal training I was a NYC bike messenger for 6 years in my early 20s. Pushing the limits of my physical capabilities in the streets of New York delivering packages in a high stress, high stakes, very dangerous, and time sensitive manner. I was able to adapt my physical attributes that I had learned when I was a kid. From my experience playing competitive sports like basketball, baseball, track & field, I learn the fundamental principles of how important it is to stay in shape in order to interact with the physical world. I then pursued an interest in helping people get into shape and help them have a better relationship with their body. Getting my education at FPTI (Focus Personal Training Institute) and certified with ISSA (International Sports Science Association) I've been a personal trainer for 4 year.
