I graduated from widener university as a psychology pre pt student in the fall of 2019 and instead of going to the physical therapist route, I found that my passion was personal training. I took my preexisting knowledge from school and got certified as a personal trainer in the spring of 2020 and have been a personal trainer in many different settings since. I’ve done 1 on 1, partner training and small group boot camps. I have a love for human connection and improving the lives of those around me in any way! I myself grew up playing sports such as baseball and basketball and I currently enjoy pickleball, tennis, snowboarding and weight training of course! I myself lost 60 pounds back in 2017 and had surgery on a torn labrum in my shoulder back in March of 2023 which I fully rehabilitated in the 9 months following so I could get back to doing the things I loved. My specialist include weight loss, strength training, mobility and flexibility as well as shoulder rehabilitation.

Lauren is a Delaware county resident who grew up in Drexel Hill. She is turning 34 this February. She has a 9 year old daughter Hailey. She got interested in fitness at the age of 12 by going to the gym with her dad. He would teach his boxing classes and she’d sneak off into the weight room and experiment with exercises and other things she observed in the gym. From that point she decided to design her own routines and she stuck with them. She always had weight fluctuations since her early post partum days and started using a size and strength routine to challenge herself and not only get stronger physically but she also lost the stubborn fat she was trying to lose for years. She specializes in both strength training and weight loss. However, she is willing to help anyone in need.
