With over a decade of experience as a high school and collegiate athlete, I have learned what it takes to attain and maintain lofty accomplishments. My education can be summed up by my Bachelors in Exercise Science, a NASM CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), and a NASM CNC (Certified Nutrition Coach). My experience, as both an athlete and trainer, includes 8 years' experience as a lifeguard and water safety instructor, teaching mostly children (some adults) to swim. I have a personal training history of almost a decade. I first interested in fitness as post-trauma training. Enhancing flexibility and muscular strength of injured individuals.
