    While growing up I was a competitive weightlifter and runner. Through college I kept my passion for health and fitness by training and competing in multiple half and full marathons. During that time I pursued becoming a personal trainer and yoga instructor. I spent my last years at FSU assisting my clients in achieving their health and fitness goals.     Born and raised in Oklahoma, my love for fitness began at an early age. I received my first weight bench at the age of 12yrs.
