I had no one to help me, and I really wanted to show others that they don’t have to be alone in their health journeys. My goal is to be able to help every BODY become the best versions of themselves.     Born and raised in Oklahoma, my love for fitness began at an early age. I received my first weight bench at the age of 12yrs.
