I am learning a lot and I really "feel the burn"! the only issue I have is that this app is under-performing. why isn't there a way for Kevin or me to log what we did in our last session?? There should be a way to record what the exercises were, how many reps we did, what weight we used, etc...

Winston was very encouraging and was able to tell when to give me a push and when I needed a break. He started out getting to know more about my history and daily life, and used that knowledge to assess where to begin. When giving me tasks to complete he observed to see how far I could push myself naturally. I liked that style of training because I wasn't focused on the number of reps, but just putting in the work and letting him tell me when to stop or stopping when I felt I reached my limit. Often my personal limit exceeded his expectation and he encouraged me by letting me know. Looking forward to pushing harder and getting stronger in my next sessions with Winston. Thank you!

Growing up and being raised in Brooklyn NY was very tough and i delt with a lot of Adversity and Short comings but i delt with the situations being strong minded and determined for success. Growing up as a Child i was rather skinny,but as i got into my teens my body weight increased drastically and i became very insecure about myself physically and Emotionally and it brought mw into a very depressing stage in life. I was over weight from ages 12 to 18 then at 19 i found my path into fitness which really made me better person. I became not only stronger physically but mentally as well because there is no separation between that at all. Fitness became my lifestyle for the pass 15yrs and it's been nothing but greatness. Loving yourself and having a high level of confidence equates to a very successful life and a strong mind set..
