    Before getting into personal training I was a NYC bike messenger for 6 years in my early 20s. Pushing the limits of my physical capabilities in the streets of New York delivering packages in a high stress, high stakes, very dangerous, and time sensitive manner. I was able to adapt my physical attributes that I had learned when I was a kid.
