Your trainer can help you find the perfect spot in your home for your workout, or tailor your workouts to be small-space-friendly.

For a quick energy boost before your early workout, try a banana, a small bowl of oatmeal, or some Greek yogurt with berries. An apple with nut butter or some rice cakes with honey are also good options. If you prefer a drink, a small smoothie or black coffee can be good options. Just remember to keep it light.
