As a three-sport athlete in high school, with thirteen years in the military thereafter, fitness and nutrition have always been cornerstones of whichever phase of life I find myself in. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and look to further my education through them by becoming a Certified Nutrition Specialist in the near future. My specialty is in weight loss for both men and women, along with improving aesthetic lean muscle mass for men, and helping accomplish a more toned, defined look for women.

I fell in love with heath and fitness in high school. After I had my 2 kids I decided to teach group fitness. I saw how it can change lives I went on to get my personal training certification and love. It’s my passion. I started off with LesMills Bodystep, BodyVive, and Sh’Bam. I loved it so much I went on an got GRIT, Bodyattack, Bodycombat, and bodypump certifications. I also assisted chiropractors with there patients. I am certified in rehab as well. If one of my clients get hurt I can help them back to there goals.
