Coach Fab, is a working mother that resides in Temple. In 2015, she started a fitness journey that led to a total body transformation resulting in 60-pound weight loss. After people started seeing the positive changes in Coach Fab’s body, they contacted her wanting to know what she did and how she did it. Coach Fab, now a certified personal trainer, works for Svetness Fitness to help lead others on their path toward better health just like the one she took several years ago. Coach Fab said working on creating a healthier version of yourself should be an enjoyable process. She said people have busy lives with work, children and other responsibilities so meeting people at their home is a convenient way for people to get in better shape. “The process is not supposed to be stressful. The minute it becomes a stressful situation, it’s hard for the body to lose the weight. She truly believe that you have this innate potential to really overcome and change whatever it is that you struggle with,” Coach Fab said. Coach Fab is enthusiastic and is there with clients every step of the way.

Little brings me more joy than helping others move their bodies. I moved a ton as a kid—danced for 16 years, played every sport recreationally with my brother and cousins, rode bikes with the neighborhood kids. But, as an adult, my movement died. I exercised inconsistently, and my body proved it. Battling a nervous system disorder and chronic pain and fatigue, I gave in to rest all the time, thinking that was the answer. Oof, if only. Movement is life! When you do it correctly and regularly, it ADDS energy to your day. Ten years into this industry and having managed studios, big box gyms, mom&pop gyms, taught classes of many varieties, and coached hundreds of individuals in a variety of settings, 1:1 coaching is still my favorite way to share movement, and I’m overjoyed that I get to do it with you!

I have trained for the last 30 years starting with sports and Athletics, and then learning how to correct posture preventing injury through exercise I started to do corrective exercise and post rehab workouts. And in the process of working with corrective exercise training some elderly and young people to improve there way of living comfortable. My clients over the pass 25 years have range from the age of 96 years old down to the age of 12 years old. I am looking forward to working with more clients to help increase there quality of life and living

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. As a youth I grew up playing football and running track in high school. I joined the United States Marine Corps after high school. As a US Marine I went to a lot of places and did a lot of interesting things. Becoming a Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor was by far my most enjoyable duty. After almost a decade on active duty, I separated and started a career in law enforcement. As a highly trained S.W.A.T. member, I was responsible for the tactical resolution of barricades, sniper, and hostage incidents.Collateral duties consisted of leading the team in tactical conditioning training. Crafted personalized strength training programs for select team members. Upon developing a passion for fitness and health and wellness, I received a personal trainer and nutrition coach certification. I specialize in weight loss and body toning bodybuilding and strength and conditioning. I enjoy helping diverse populations achieve their fitness, weight loss and conditioning goals faster than they ever thought possible.

Lauren is a Delaware county resident who grew up in Drexel Hill. She is turning 34 this February. She has a 9 year old daughter Hailey. She got interested in fitness at the age of 12 by going to the gym with her dad. He would teach his boxing classes and she’d sneak off into the weight room and experiment with exercises and other things she observed in the gym. From that point she decided to design her own routines and she stuck with them. She always had weight fluctuations since her early post partum days and started using a size and strength routine to challenge herself and not only get stronger physically but she also lost the stubborn fat she was trying to lose for years. She specializes in both strength training and weight loss. However, she is willing to help anyone in need.
