My journey into fitness started as a teenager when I began martial arts, which became a lifelong passion. I learned early on the value of health throughout my training in different styles. Years later, I used my knowledge and skill to help others meet their fitness goals. For instance, I have instructed seniors through a combined program of Tai Chi and personal trainer, which enabled them to improve their balance, reduce arthritis pain and increase their overall health. As the daughter of a heart patient (my late but dearly beloved father) , I saw how important it is to empower yourself regarding your health. Master's degree holder in Health Promotion and Exercise Science with 9 plus years of experience in health facilities connected to hospitals, 1 year with 24 Hour Fitness and several hours of fitness programming and working with those with specific health concerns: majority back, knees, shoulders and hips. Is knowledgeable in the usage of a number of anatomy & medical terms. Familiar with therapy exercises from clam shells to bridges, wall squats to TKEs and scaption pushups to abdominal stabilization exercises. Working with Fallon has been amazing! I've worked 1:1 with trainers before, but never with results like this. In less than two months, I've lost almost 20 pounds and inches from problem areas like bust, stomach and hips--but gained muscles tone, confidence and energy. II love that her fitness plan is completely tailored to my needs and abilities. Her routine is completely different than what I've tried before: we use natural resistance, bands, pulleys, and dumbells, and exercises that all build on one another so I can truly feel and see incremental strength, growth and improvement. At the same time I started working with Fallon, I began PT, prescribed by my orthopedist to help build my quads to support arthritic knees that have seen multiple operations; specifically, tho, I sought PT to help me do a movement I was unable to do in my reformer Pilates class. After eight sessions, twice weekly for four weeks plus what I did in my own, there was some improvement from PT, but I was still unable to do the Pilates movement. Then Fallon had me try stability ball-assisted deadbugs, which required that same movement I was unable to do in Pilates, even after PT. For the first couple sets, I struggled, unable to fully extend my knee from a 90 degree angle, supine, and straighten and lower it to the floor and back up again to a 90 degree bend. Fallon encouraged me to keep at it and do my best. Guess what! After a week, when Fallon came back for our session, I surprised her with my full extensions, down and back, completely able to do my deadbugs--and do that same Pikates movement I was unable to do after 8 PT sessions! Working on it on my own over the past week, I really pushed myself, exceeding the two sets to three and increasing the reps from 10 to 15 because I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it--and with Fallon's help, I DID!!!! I still have 30 pounds to go to meet my goal, but I am more confident than ever that I'll get there, largely due to Fallon's expert training and support.

Fallon is awesome! I strained a neck muscle the day before she came out, and I was in pain. Fallon pivoted our workout from our planned routine to stretching out my neck and back muscles. I'm flying cross country today, and I'm not sure I could have done it without pain without Fallon's help!

Fallon rocks! Her whole program is completely customized to my abilities, limitations and needs. A lot of the movements are "new to me," gentle but effective exercises that leverage natural resistance and a foam roller. (Who knew a foam roller could hurts so good?!) I really appreciate the personal tailoring as well as offering very different approaches and exercises.

Strong sports background dating back to youth, have trained all ages. My style is more gauche and high intensity workouts. I utilize tempo circuits to get things done; an example of this is within an hour long session, I will want to get anywhere from 5-7 different workouts targeting multiple areas on the body. My workouts while demanding produce results, I also keep it fun as it is very rare to do the same workout in back-to-back sessions unless a specific target area has been identified. I will often engage in the workouts as well to help increase motivation.

I started my fitness journey taking classes at my gym m OneLife Fitness in Bethesda. I took every class offered. I really liked Zumba and decided to be a Zumba instructor. got my certification as a Zumba teacher threw my own Zumba event and taught several glasses. Then I shifted to becoming a group fitness instructor at OneLife Fitness in Bethesda. I wasn't a group fitness instructor for long. I really wanted to work with people one on one with their fitness goals. at this time as well, I spent less time in classes and shifted my time in the weight room. I would get a lot of people asking me for advice on things such as how to do workouts and how I got the muscles I have. Another trainer at the gym talked me into getting my personal training certification. said that they need more female trainers. I received mine in 2021. Started working in the OneLife fitness in a Bethesda and then transferred to OneLife fitness in Germantown. Taught a lot of Teen and Health classes, teaching tweens and teens how to use the machine correctly, nutrition, body weight exercises and how to create own fitness program. I also help clients with weight loss, my senior citizens with maintaining muscle mass, and clients from all walks of life with their fitness goals. I received my nutrition coach certification in September 2023. I'm really passionate about Nutrition and always stress to my clients that Nutrition. is 80 % and 20% exercise. Really making sure that the clients follow through with proper nutrition in order to achieve their goals. Me personally I love bodybuilding and doing anything challenging in the gym. my favorite workouts are anythinf lower body. Squats and Lunges. I always stress with proper form when doing all workouts, making sure clients take the proper recovery time during sets, and challenging them during a workout.
