I am originally from Cleveland, OH. I grew up into sports, playing through high school. I served nine years in the military, moving and traveling quite a bit over the years. Fitness and exercise has been always been a staple in my life. I enjoy sharing my passion for fitness with others while helping others achieve their goals. I competed as a D1 sprinter for Southern Methodist University while also receiving my BS in Applied Physiology and Health Management in 2016. I also competed professionally and have competed for Nigeria in several World Championships. Currently working with clients who are focused on weight loss, performance enhancement, and strength and conditioning. HIIT training is one of my specialties along with free weight training and barbell work. I’ve developed programs for kids focusing on performance all the way to elderly clients focusing on functional day-to-day improvement. With me approaching my 8th year of being a fitness coach I am still eager to learn different ways to train my clients and get them the best results!
