I was born and raised near my current location . I have always been an active kid growing up and to this present day. those activity's include sports, hiking , snowboarding and any thing that took a lot of physical contribution . after high school started working for the military as a government civilian employee. 9 years into my government job I decided to go to college and get an associates degree of Science in Personal Fitness Training. after graduating college in 2013 , I took a break from my studies. then spent 4 or so years training family/friends and helping others improve there quality of life just to get the experience working with people in that type of role. And 2017/2018 realizing and being told how well I was doing as a trainer, shortly after I decided to go back get my certifications to start working in an industry .that has been more of a like or hobby I enjoy doing on the side, which puts me where I am at today.

My name is Alli. I have been in passionate about fitness my entire life. My love for it really took off in college while I was playing basketball and decided I wanted to become a certified Personal Trainer. I feel blessed to have had that opportunity. After college I joined the United States Navy where I served for 7 years. While in the Navy I was part of the command fitness team conducting Physical Fitness Tests and leading group PT sessions. Morgan was born in San Diego, California and grew up in Las Vegas. Growing up Morgan loved playing baseball and golf, she continued to play until high school. Then she switched gears and started training to join the Military. Unfortunately, Morgan was medically disqualified from enlisting due to some slight hearing loss she has always had. After that Morgan got her Personal Trainers Certification and has been helping people ever since! Since Morgan received her certification over 7 years ago, she has gone on to get many other certifications. Including but not limited to CrossFit (online) Level-1, Spartan Races Level 1, Youth Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition, and MMA Conditioning. I have been very active and athletic all my life. I did ballet very seriously from 4 to 15. I played tennis on the high school varsity tennis team. I had my own personal trainer from the age of 12. I am very passionate about helping women feel good about themselves at any age. I am certified in back pain prevention and antenatal and postnatal fitness. I have also certified as a glute specialist. Everyone can benefit from having a stronger, better looking backside. As a glute specialist, I have been further educated on the glutes and how imperative their development is in preventing knee and lower back pain. I can teach you how to activate inactive glutes or how to relax overactive glutes. I absolutely love fitness and helping someone achieve their goals.

It all began 15 years ago. My inspiration to help others through health and wellness started when I stepped into my first-ever health and fitness class in high school. At 14 years old, I remember asking the teacher (Coach Johnson), "How do I get my arms to look like yours?" He smirked and said, "Patience, Consistency, and Effort." Truthfully, I had no clue what he was talking about. I just wanted bigger arms, that's it! After every weight training class, I remember feeling accomplished, energized, and full of life. I quickly became attached to that feeling, became obsessed, and developed a passion for fitness. Fast forward: I went on to receive my B.S. in Health and Exercise Science at Colorado State. At this point in my fitness journey, I had a light bulb moment! "Patience, Consistency, and Effort" finally made sense to me. When I was a teenager, all I cared about was appearance, nothing else mattered, and I wanted fast results. But in reality, fitness, when done correctly and in a healthy manner, will be sustainable long-term, and appearance will simply be a byproduct. After college, in 2020, I managed an Assisted Stretch Clinic in Arvada. If you need a stretch, I'm your guy! During that time, I got certified in personal training through ISSA, as well as various specialties, including Corrective Exercise, Exercise Recovery, Strength & Conditioning, Glute Specialist, and Nutrition. I officially began personal training two years ago. In the past five years, my perspective on fitness has completely shifted from an aesthetic focus to a healthier, functional approach to improving our quality of life through strength, fluid movement, and proper nutrition. As a trainer, stretch specialist, and fitness fanatic, I understand that balance is key. Fitness doesn't need to become our whole life, it should be a part of our lifestyle, just like brushing our teeth. When I look back at my family, where everyone struggles with diabetes and chronic pain, I always imagine how different life would be for them if they had access to the same resources and education I've received. Now, my mission is to give back to help people with simple solutions and resources for a successful and sustainable fitness journey. Outside of coaching and training, I enjoy typical Colorado mountain things like hiking, camping, fishing, and snowboarding. Ultimately, I just love the thrill of what life has to offer everything from the worst moments to the best.
