Whether it be playing a pick of game of football or basketball or simply doing a quick full body circuit; moving around, activating muscle, pushing myself and others to new limits while achieving fitness goals through an active lifestyle is something I’m truly passionate about. Darius was very enjoyable to work with. He was pleasant, professional, punctual, easy to communicate with, organized, thorough, and knew how to push me enough to help me achieve my goals. I had weekly sessions with Darius and during each session I sweat more than ever before, even though I was only weight lifting and in a cool basement. Darius was very knowledgeable about how to perform the exercises correctly, how to adjust them if necessary, and how each exercise worked. He would write out a complete workout plan for the whole week and our session would go through all the exercises to ensure that I could do them correctly and was prepared for the upcoming week's workout routine. We did a lot of leg exercises and by the end my thighs had grown so much that I could barely fit into some tighter-fitting pants that I had. I enjoyed my training sessions with Darius and am grateful that we got to work together and that I was able to learn from him.

After playing football for a long time he took interest in functional training and bodyweight exercises to keep his joints healthy since it requires a great degree of body control, strength and mobility. He played gymnastics/calisthenics for over 10 years and worked as a Trainer with Washington Sports Club, One Life Fitness, F45 Head Coach and 24 Hour Fitness as a Master Trainer and won the MVP of the last month. Kelsea was born in Baltimore, Maryland and raised in Laurel, MD. In high school she enjoyed sports and was a multifaceted athlete; performing and competing on the Pom squad, playing for the lacrosse team, and running cross country. As a versatile athlete-during her childhood she also performed ballet and was on a synchronized swimming team . Her well-rounded sports background and years of experience have given rise to her passion for physical health and wellness. Kelsea has a BA from McDaniel College and has furthered her fitness education by earning her NASM personal training certification. Presently, Kelsea has years of experience leading in-home personal training sessions and shares that the best part of her job is helping her clients achieve the RESULTS they desire! Allison is the right trainer for me, an 83 year-old woman in good shape (post-two new hips) who intends to remain so. I've had trainers before from Svetness who were good in keeping limber, but after about six months with me in 2018, Allison set out explicit goals by the end of 2019 that relate to limber, strength, flexibility, balance and persistence. She is tough. She is stretching me....but she is keeping me on track. Life is good.
