I have played sports from the age of 4, though never really put forth the conditioning it took to be great at it. That is until my laziness caught up with me in highschool. Suffering multiple injuries I was benched most the time. Not being able to perform the best I could motivated me to workout. From this life style change I have the energy on demand for what ever activity from snowboarding, soccer, or getting wild in a mosh pit at a show. What made me become a trainer was a easy choice once it came. My last career was in the restaurant business. The life style that goes hand in hand with the kitchen rats was something I no longer had any interest in. Having been in physical therapy from my early injuries and the pain relief it gave without medication is what brings me here to help you in this lifestyle change.
