Guiding clients to make healthy lifestyle choices and make exercise safe and fun has been my priority, business, lifestyle and passion for 40 years. I began teaching and training clients in the Seattle area. I moved to Sacramento, then San Francisco as Fitness Director and Group Exercise Director for large fitness facilities directing personal training and group exercise programs. As an educational consultant I worked with Reebok International on Step Reebok instructor training and programming. During the pandemic I relocated to the Chicago area where I continue to teach HIIT classes, Pilates and train clients one on one and in small groups.

I started my journey into fitness through the Martial Arts Community back in 2001. From there my passion for the fitness blossomed and eventually received my bachelor of science degree in Exercise science. Along with many certifications there after. Over the past 15 years, I have dedicated my time to help a wide spectrum of individuals from those wanting to lose 5 lbs or work through an injury to even preparing athletes for the individual events and competitions. I believe what keeps me going is watching the overall process mentally, physically, and spiritually of the client transform into something they didn't know they had.
