My name is Armando(Manny ) I currently train athletes and people that want to improve physically and mentally. Lets improve your way of life ! Are you new to this ? no problem lets get you started in this Journey ?????? I have coached soccer for youth and teens. I used to play varsity soccer and I am certified to train girls and boys.
